INDUSTRY, CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT
For non-Indigenous businesses, government organisations and education providers participating in or supporting the festival, including manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, corporations, government agencies, universities, schools, training providers and other relevant industry organisations.

BOOTH REGISTRATION
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Each booth space includes:
- Standard booth infrastructure;
- Printed name board;
- One fascia light per 9sqm;
- One 4amp power point;
- Shared 100 Mb/s internet; and
- One Booth Staff Representative.
Meals and catering are not included. Food and beverage outlets available onsite at the venue.
EACH PERSON OR BUSINESS IS LIMITED TO ONE ACTIVE BOOTH REGISTRATION.
Exhibitors requiring additional space may upgrade their existing booth to the next available booth level, subject to availability and GIM approval.
Booth locations are allocated by GIM according to booth size, product and service type, floorplan requirements and purchase timestamp.
Booth Space upgrades are available through the Upgrades Registration area and will incur applicable booth space fees.
Booth Design upgrades can be requested in your registration form and the Upgrades Registration area. Our appointed supplier will contact you directly regarding your request and any applicable costs.
BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
EACH BOOTH REGISTRATION INCLUDES ONE STAFF REPRESENTATIVE ONLY
The included Booth Staff Representative provides one nominated person with:
- Three-day access to the Trade Expo;
- Three-day access to Industry Sessions only; and
- Event entry photo ID and lanyard.
Additional representatives may be purchased for AUD $300 per person, excludes GST.
Purchasing additional booth space or upgrading a booth design does not include an additional Booth Staff Representative. Each additional representative must be separately registered and paid.
The name of each Booth Staff Representative is required when registering your booth purchase. A photo of each representative may be provided at the time of registration or, alternatively, must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the Festival.
You can register your Staff Representatives when completing your booth registration. Alternatively, if you decide to add representatives at a later stage, you can return and register them through the available Upgrades Registration area.
B2B Matchmaking Programme
The GIFFTE B2B Matchmaking Programme provides exhibitors and eligible industry participants with opportunities to connect with potential buyers, suppliers, business partners and other industry contacts.
B2B matchmaking is a separate programme and is not included as part of your booth or staff registration or Industry Sessions. Participation in the B2B Matchmaking Programme is subject to eligibility, availability and successful matching.
Our team will review participant business profiles, interests and requirements to identify suitable potential connections.
You can register your interest in the B2B Matchmaking Programme when completing your booth registration alternatively you can return at a later stage and register through the available Upgrades Registration area.
Costs associated with the B2B Matchmaking Programme are yet to be confirmed. Further information regarding participation, matchmaking arrangements and any applicable costs will be provided as the programme develops.
PAYMENT
Payment options available through the online registration platform are:
- PAY NOW: immediate payment by credit/debit card or other available payment gateway;
- EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI): for submissions and expressions of interest only; or
- BANK TRANSFER: available for larger-value purchases only.

PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO CONFIRMED PAID REGISTRATIONS
For PAY NOW registrations, the booth is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and processed by GIM, subject to booth availability and the registrant having accepted and complied with the applicable GIM Event Terms & Conditions.
Neither an EOI nor an unpaid Bank Transfer invoice guarantees that a booth will remain available.
Booth allocation is confirmed only once the required payment has been received and processed by GIM.
Payment by credit/debit card and other payment gateways available in your country will be offered through the online registration platform.
GST IS NOT INCLUDED IN ADVERTISED BOOTH REGISTRATION OR BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION COSTS AND WILL BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT WHERE APPLICABLE
All staff and exhibitors must comply with the applicable GIM Event Terms & Conditions.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
An EOI is a submission of interest only. It does not constitute a booking, purchase or confirmed participation.
Where an EOI is submitted, GIM will contact the person registering their interest regarding the application and available participation options.
AN EOI DOES NOT SECURE OR RESERVE A BOOTH
Any participation following an EOI remains subject to booth availability, payment being received and processed by GIM, and the registrant accepting and complying with the applicable GIM Event Terms & Conditions.
BANK TRANSFER
Bank Transfer is available for larger-value purchases only. Where Bank Transfer is selected, GIM will provide an invoice containing the applicable bank account details.
A BANK TRANSFER REQUEST OR UNPAID INVOICE DOES NOT SECURE OR RESERVE A BOOTH
Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Booth allocation remains subject to booth availability at the time payment is received and processed by GIM, and the registrant accepting and complying with the applicable GIM Event Terms & Conditions.
