BACKGROUND: Joseph Edward Weetra is of from Raukkan, Point Pearce and Koonibba, South Australia.   Joseph’s clan (tribe) are deeply rooted in kinship and systems of social organisation, the extended family is of great importance along with the land and natural resources.  Joseph is very passionate about supporting his community, undertaking leadership roles and has a love for sports, cultural dance, arts and acting.  Joesph’s message to emerging models is to “Keep strong and stay motivated to succeed in whatever you do and most importantly believe in yourself.”
